The book does not contain settings or times for the Freeze Dryer. There are too many software versions, system configurations. Beleive it or not your local weather has a great impact on dry times. Instead, each recipe has a QR code that you can scan and be taken directly to the corosponding video on YouTube. I have tried to keep the recipes simple and rehydration quick.
