Google has been able to cross its competitors MSN and Yahoo due its strong usability. Of course there are some other reasons also like its strong algorithmic searching mechanism. But it is Google¿s usability which has made it a clear cut market leader despite of the fact that MSN and Yahoo have been in market for more time. This idea scratched me to do research on web usability. The book is targeted for students, teachers and people who want to learn the possibilities and detail about evaluating usability of web applications to good enough level. Understanding web usability has a reward. A good command on web usability area can boost the business capability of those companies who are not enjoying good business from e-commerce.
