Result obtains were comparing with WHO and BIS prescribe limit. It has been observed that pH of all the samples was neutral to slight alkaline. Some samples parameters like nickel, chromium, and residual chlorine are found beyond the permissible limit. Whereas DO, BOD, iron and chloride is observed less than acceptable limit. PH, conductivity, TDS, alkalinity, TH are within permissible limit. Hence samples are showing quite good suitability for drinking purpose as prescribed by WHO.
