The concept of 'Corporate Governance' has evolved as a result of extensive discussions in this area. Corporate governance is a more muddled and complex subject to articulate. The notion, on the other hand, has a variety of meanings. To different people, the term corporate governance signified different things. Some people thought corporate governance was about leadership; others thought it was about the norm 'forced' by SEBI under the Listing Agreement; and still, others were honest enough to admit that business was all about money, power, and control.
