Yoga is an ancient tradition that incorporates postures, breathing techniques, meditation, and moral and ethical principles like Yama and Niyama. Despite its popularity in promoting health and fitness not much was known about the influence of Yoga on orphan children. Studies have found yoga , decreasing anger, depression, and fatigue ,improving stress resilience , and physiological and cognitive patterns of response to stress in children
