In the area of analog circuit design, considerable attention has been devoted to the realization of filter and sinusoidal oscillator using a variety of active elements such as classical voltage mode operational amplifier, Current Feedback Operational Amplifiers (CFOAs), Current Conveyors (CCs), Four Terminal Floating Nullor (FTFN) and their variants. Among these building blocks, FTFN has received notable attention in literature recently because recently, it widely accepted among researchers that FTFN is a more versatile and flexile building block than others building block like CCs. This dissertation deals with the design and simulation of filter and sinusoidal oscillator using CMOS FTFN. The Four Terminal Floating Nullor (FTFN) realized using CMOS CFOA. This book also provides a comprehensive discussion of various filter and sinusoidal oscillators. It also adds some new structures to the existing catalogue of available filter and sinusoidal oscillator. Some new filter and sinusoidal oscillator topologies has been presented, which provides a number of alternatives to the current designer for designing filter and sinusoidal oscillator using CMOS FTFN with some attractive features.
