About the Author
Raj Kumar Ph.D. is a Professor of Organic Medicinal Chemistry at Central University of Punjab, Bathinda, India 151001. He obtained his Ph.D. in Medicinal Chemistry (2007) from NIPER, Mohali, India and completed his postdoctoral fellowship (2007-2008) at the University of Maryland Baltimore County (UMBC), Maryland where he coinvented a fused heterocycle RK-33 (Raj Kumar-33) molecule for the treatment of Lung Cancer. His research interests focus on the design and synthesis of novel fused heterocycles of biological importance.
