Human capital is the backbone of development.Education and health are two key factors that affect human capital. To ensure healthy nation, protection should start at early stages of life. One of the protective methods is immunization. It starts soon after birth. In this study data were collected from Demographic and Health Survey (DHS) of Pakistan, India and Bangladesh. Results revealed that gender biasness was existed in these selected countries.Male children are getting more immunization than female children. In Pakistan female heads are considered as more conscious about child immunization. While in India and Bangladesh male heads of the family have more probability to immunize their children as compared to female heads of the family.
