The third chapter will explain the HRD Practices in SCCL, how the practices are practicing. In this chapter, it also revealed how the SCCL effectively practicing the HRD Practices in the current originations. In the fourth chapter, the data analyzed systematically on perception and opinions of the employees in SCCL organization and in the last chapter suggestion and the conclusion drawn according to the study.
