Outdoor Adventures is a collection of short stories about time spent doing things that are of interest to a youngster and anyone that remains young at heart. People of all ages who participate in outdoor adventures have experiences that are as big as their imaginations, and their adventures tend to become treasured memories to share with others. Readers are cautioned about people who spend a lot of time in the outdoors. They tend to recall their experiences with some degree of exaggeration. To them, things imagined are sometimes as real as the events that took place. Their stories may include elements that are somewhat serious, they may include humorous moments, and occasionally historical facts are sprinkled into the story to enable the reader to glean some insight into the life and era of the explorer.
