This work outlines the true value of real estate, especially in a developing nation that is merging globally. The author gives a terse account of purchasing, selling or leasing land for a variety of societal possibilities, i.e. agriculture, industrial parks, warehouses, office buildings, and apartment/condominium complexes. Also, he brings forth the idea of negotiating joint ventures or partnerships as well as having dialog with successful property developers. Over all, there is obvious emphasis that is placed on the importance of real estate as land is only thing that is real, and it is vital that indigenous Liberians further explore ample ways for not only living, but also to ensure economic development for world view.
