Silent Bonds

It's 1984. A group of doctors and researchers are used by the Census Bureau to select subjects for a series of experiments which they believe will revolutionize how the very core of human existence is perceived. Mr. Writemore and Daman are the two shadowy figures in control and will stop at nothing to obtain their goal. They have at their disposal a vast array of assets with Area 9 as their base. Charlotte Taylor is a 25 year old waitress at Buskers Restaurant in Toronto. Charley (as she is known to everyone), never felt that she fit in. She has a vivid imagination and experiences extraordinary dreams. A sudden, unexplained impulse compels Charley to pack a bag and leave town for a few days only to find she's in the center of an elitist plot called "The Chess Game" Her trip to "get away for a few days" turns into abduction, scientific experimentation and incredible journeys into a world of dreams. Unable to distinguish between reality and imagination, Charley struggles to understand what's happened to her. Is it her Aspergers condition creating these lapses of memory or is she really being manipulated by powers unseen?
