About the Author Dave grew up in Guadalajara, Mexico in the 1950s and attended Colegio Cervantes there. He's written a memoir of those years which he plans to publish. He was 40 years a teacher and 35 years a volunteer community radio station DJ (mostly jazz shows). He currently volunteers his time at a local elementary school and at Providence Mt. St. Vincent, a senior care living community. Dave's retired, living in the Pacific Northwest with his wife, Debby, three cats, and 5000 records and CDs. He has been published both locally and nationally.
