These proceedings gather the best papers presented at the ¿10th International Scientific and Practical Conference ¿ the 21st Century from the Positions of Modern Science: Intellectual, Digital and Innovative Aspects,¿ which was organized by the non-profit organization ¿Institute of Scientific Communications.¿ The conference took place on May 23¿24 in Nizhny Novgorod, Russia, with support from Minin Nizhny Novgorod State Pedagogical University.
