It is a practical manual about how to pray and meditate and it frames this instruction in terms of the corporatization of the modern world and the secularism it encourages. Rather than scorn the vapidity of belief system of modern man and woman who work in these industrial parks, Felix understands it as a tabula rasa, as a place to begin the work of inner fulfillment. It is hard to dispute the value of meditation. Centuries of spiritual practice lean heavily into the present day. Why isn't prayer and meditation sanctioned in the realms of global capitalism? Felix offers answers to these questions mainly in terms of an easy-to-follow program of how to structure introspection and how to meditate. He regards the human as having four functions comprised of body, mind, heart, and soul. Each of these functions exists in a realm of human understanding (economics, politics, social relations, and larger cultural awareness respectively). In order to awaken the power of these human aspects, Felix has devised a system of ten meditations, each based on a color matched with an introspection and meditation practice.
