I tried to explain fundamental and in-depth concepts of UnixOperating System that are compatible with several  vendors of UNIX like SCO UNIX, HP-UX andothers.

 

 

I have attempted to wash out every error in my first editionof textbook after being reviewed by several scholars and professrors , but ashappens with UNIX Operatig System - "A few difficult to understand bugs shallremain" - and I shall highly welcome the suggestions from the part of studentsthat may lead to improvement of next edition in shortcoming future. I would beglad to hear suggestions from you.

Ajit is currently a PhDcandidate at Magadha University, Bihar, IND working on Social Media Predictive Data Analytics atthe A. N. College Research Centre, Patna, IND, under the supervision of Prof Dr Manish Kumar(Associate Professor-Dept of Mathematics, A.N. College,MU, Bihar).

 

 

He also holds M.Phil. Degreein Computer Science, and is a Microsoft MCSE / MCDBA / MCSD. His main interestsare in programming languages and Operating Systems.
