To date, in the Azerbaijan Republic mountain tourism is regarded as the industry can create a multiplier effect in the development of regional industry, and in some areas form the basis of socio-economic development. The development of tourist and recreational complex and its parts, mountain tourism, accompanied by a number of both positive and negative results, which requires the creation of an improved management of development, taking into account the specificity of tourism as a complex interdisciplinary, integrating, generating and supporting the development of several sectors of the economy. This book focuses on urban development research of mountainous area in the village Laza,Gusar region in Azerbaijan Republic, in order to create a modern Olympic Ski Town. This book provides detailed material on the physical and geographical description of Gusar region.
