It provides safe and green path for entire operation process. It is the most important requisite of every organisation and it reflects the short-term financial strength of an organisation. Working capital management is the process of planning and controlling the level and mix of the current assets of the firm as well as financing the assets. Specifically, it is required by the financial managers to decide what quantity of cash, other liquid assets, accounts receivables, and inventories the firm will hold at any point of time. The financial manager must decide how the current assets are to be financed. It is sensible activity because if over estimation or under estimation of funds lease to causes, so every business organisation is given more priority for that.
